Novels are my favorite kind of writing. I get to create characters in greater depth than in short stories, and I can flesh out secondary characters more, too. I can let more happen.
I wrote my first novel when I was twelve. It wasn’t very good, but it taught me a lot about writing. It also showed me that writing novels was something I wanted to keep doing.
